Are you ready to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued users? As a Customer Support Agent, your role will involve handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through online communication channels like email, chat, and phone. You’ll exclusively engage online, using tools such as Facebook Messenger, and work remotely from anywhere.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connectivity is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (English Speaking Country preferred).
