We are currently seeking a Social Media Support Specialist to assist businesses in growing their social media accounts and providing customer support to their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as posting on social media, responding to emails, and handling chats related to escalated issues for resolution, documentation, and follow-up.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connectivity is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (English Speaking Country preferred).
