Website Social Sale Rep
If you have basic English language skills and are confident in responding to simple questions online, this opportunity is for you. This Chat Moderator position allows you to work from any location. Your role will involve answering questions from website visitors and providing them with the information they need. We will provide you with all the necessary tools and templates to assist in your responses. We are seeking individuals with a friendly demeanor and availability for flexible hours.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (English Speaking Country preferred).
