We are currently seeking exceptional social media representatives to fill both part-time and full-time seasonal positions in our virtual assistant role. As a virtual assistant, you will support various brands by providing outstanding customer service. This includes efficiently, accurately, and courteously responding to customer transactions through live chat on behalf of businesses on their social media accounts.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connectivity is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (English Speaking Country preferred).
